KFI put the theory to the test when we worked with Summit Construction in the development of a cladding solution for an existing structure which is to be extended by 7 levels and reclad.
The original scheme was for a traditional cladding and window solution and the team woked with the clients, Aurecon and Paul Brown Architects to realise the theory that a unitised curtain wall solution can deliver nett benefits to the project over a more traditional solution.
Manufacture begins in our factory in September this year and we are anticipating wrapping all 15 levels by the end of Q1 next year.
